Stonebrook Village

The greater Stonebrook Village Community is Pace’s only golf community, and one of two gated communities in Pace with an attendant. It is comprised of Stonebrook Village phases 1-9, Southlake at Stonebrook, Cobble Creek at Stonebrook, Kingsmill Villas and Cobblestone Villas.

Phases 1-9 have lot sizes that can vary from 0.4 to over 1 acre, but the mean size should be considered half an acre. These phases also contain the largest homes. Home ages range from early 1990’s to the early 2000’s.

Southlake at Stonebrook contains the newest homes in the community. The average lot size is nearly a quarter of an acre. Southlake also has an additional gate. Home construction ranges from 2000-2024.

Kingsmill Villas is comprised of the 18 homes near the tennis courts and community pool. Lot sizes tend to be less than a quarter of an acre.

Cobble Creek at Stonebrook is an island of 38 houses surrounded by the golf course with lots averaging under a quarter of an acre. These homes were primarily built in the early 2000’s.

Cobblestone Villas is located near the front gate. These are the smallest homes and lots in the community, but they command a premium dollar per square foot in resale value.
