Ashley Plantation
Ashley Plantation is a large development off Quintette Rd.
It contains over 480 parcels and was built in 5 Phases. Most homes in this
development were built by DR Horton.
Phase 1 is at the front of the subdivision. It is made up of
homes on smaller lots that were built primarily by DR Horton between 2015 and
2018 although we have identified two homes at the entrance built in 2009 by an unknown
builder.
Phase 2 has homes primarily completed between 2012 and 2016
and we identified one home built by Thomas Homes.
Phase 3 has several custom homes with unidentified builders
as well as DR Horton constructed homes. Home completion dates are primarily
between 2011 and 2016.
Phase 4 homes were mostly completed between 2017 and 2019.
Phase 5 homes are on the largest lots in the development
with completion dates of 2017 and 2018. We identified one home in phase 5 that
was not built by DR Horton.
2024 Home Sales
Average sale price $620,726. Average $/Sqft $197.66 (19
homes).
Inground pool homes average sale price $679,211 and average
$/Sqft $209.10 (9 homes).
Homes without inground pools average sale price$568,090 and
average $/Sqft $187.36 (10 homes).
2025 Home Sales (updated May 20th)
Average sale price $538,233. Average $/Sqft $186.52 (12
homes).
