Tamrell Forest  

Tamrell Forest is located on Wallace Lake Rd. off Chumuckla
Highway and can be accessed via Renfroe Rd from Quintette Rd.  It is conveniently located near 5 Points in
Pace, Wallace Lake Elementary School, Piggly Wiggly Supermarket, and LEAD
Academy.   The homes are on lots that
average just over an acre in size. The two most prevalent home builders were
Solid Construction of the Gulf Coast INC and Thomas Home Corporation. Several
homes in Tamrell Forest were custom built and have unidentified builders but we
did identify one other home built by Bill Walther Construction INC.  Homes are both single story and two story and
range 2200 sqft to over 3000sqft. Home build dates range from approximately
2006-2011. Many of the homes in this neighborhood are beginning to age past the
15 year mark so buyers and sellers need to be aware of the age of roofs, HVACS
and water heaters. With large lots and several homes having external buildings
this is a very attractive neighborhood for buyers.
