Stonechase
Stonechase is a large Gated neighborhood, and one of two
gated neighborhoods in Pace with an attendant. It is less than 2 miles west of
Five Points just off Quintette Road. Stonechase is not a completed neighborhood,
but phases 1 and 2 are complete (2010-2023.) New home sales are already
appearing in phase 3. Unfortunately, currently we have no information regarding
the timeline of Phase 4. This is the newest neighborhood featured on our
website, and these homes are demanding the most money per Sqft.
Phase 1 homes are built under the Celebrity, CHB, or
Signature name. Augustine Drive boasts the largest lots (averaging 1/2 acre)
and the largest homes with most of the floor plans between 2500-3100 Sqft.
Stonechase Boulevard lots are around 1/4 acre, but this stretch of homes has
the widest variety of sizes. We found one home as small as 1729 Sqft and one as
large as 3028 Sqft. The Eastern leg of Dunridge Drive contains patio home lots
averaging about 0.15 acres and the homes on this portion of Dunridge are
between 1600-2000 Sqft. The southern end of Dunridge has ten homes averaging
over 2000 Sqft and lots over 1/4 of an acre.
Phase 2 also has homes completed by Celebrity, CHB or
Signature but several years newer (2018-2023) than phase 1. Patio home lots
(0.15-acre average) and homes ranging between 1600-2000 Sqft are found in the
southern portion of phase 2. The northern
portions of Dunridge Drive and Buckthorn Circle as well as Dollarweed Drive
contain the largest homes of this phase (1800-2800 Sqft) and lot sizes at least
1/4 of an acre.
Phase 3 homes are just now becoming available. They are
built by Lennar Homes and averaging just under 2000 Sqft.
